Housing providers can contact the Contract Unit within the Leasing Operations Department when:

    • There is a new Contract and Lease being issued
    • To send in a Request for Tenancy and W9 forms
    • Changes in management and / or ownership
    • Questions about payments
    • Rent increase requests
