To take advantage of this system you will need to have the following items:

  1. The name of the individual or company to which the check is made payable to.
  2. Tax ID / Social Security number
  3. Mailing Address
  4. Valid E-mail address (to sign up for RHA Landlord Portal)
  5. Acceptable bank account information
