Paper copies of bid packages are no longer distributed by the Procurement Office. You may print the bid package after downloading, or download to a flash drive and take to the printer of your choice.

 By completing the registration below, RHA assumes you are interested in receiving bid updates and related forms. RHA may reject a bid for failure to submit this registration form or if the form contains inaccurate information. Accurate information is required in case we need to notify you of changes to the specifications or changes to bid opening times or other deadlines. If inaccurate information is given, it will be your responsibility to go to our website for changes, addendums, etc.

 Completed bid responses must be returned in a sealed envelope with the bid number, title, due date and responders’ name to the Procurement Office, 495 Upper Falls Blvd, Rochester, NY 14605. Do not send bids for early morning or late day delivery because this may cause the bid to be late.

  Section 3 is a provision of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Act of 1968 that helps foster local economic development, neighborhood economic improvement, and individual self-sufficiency. The Section 3 program requires that recipients of certain HUD financial assistance, to the greatest extent feasible, provide job training, employment, and contracting opportunities for low- or very-low income residents in connection with projects and activities in their neighborhoods.
