In our society we are often defined by what we do. "So, what do you do?" is usually one of the first questions we ask someone we've just met. RHA wants to help our residents take pride in their answer. Are you looking for work? Looking for a better job? Do you need training? Do you dream of owning your own business?
A Resident Services FSS Program Specialist can refer you to employment training programs and related service programs to help you find work, make a living wage and take pride in your achievements. We’ve helped residents receive training to become childcare providers and learn skilled trades; we've referred participants to job readiness training and helped residents update their computer skills; and provided counseling and case management for people looking to start their own business.
