Project Based Voucher RFP Opportunity for Projects Awarded Funding Through Another Government Competitive Process

The Rochester Housing Authority (RHA) would like to inform community partners and stakeholders that, due to current funding shortfall conditions and in accordance with HUD guidance, the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Request for Proposals (RFP) is not available at this time.

RHA is actively working in coordination with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address funding constraints. The PBV RFP process will resume once funding availability allows.
