The Rochester Housing Authority (RHA) has developed an Apartment Rental Listing to enable users to find or locate an apartment. Apartment listings are updated weekly. Consequently, the information presented in the Apartment Rental List reflects information as reported to RHA by apartment landlords. Therefore, RHA does not guarantee and makes no warranties for the accuracy of the data presented in the Apartment Listing. And, in no event shall RHA become liable to Apartment List users, or any other party, for any loss or damages, consequential or otherwise, including but not limited to time, money or goodwill, arising from the use, operation or modification of the data presented. Therefore, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RHA for any and all liability of any nature arising out of or resulting from the lack of accuracy or correctness of the data, or the use of the data presented in the Apartment Rental List.
