 Welcome to the Rochester Housing Authority web-site.  We are very excited to be celebrating over 50 years of service to the community of the greater Rochester, New York region.  We hope that you find our site both interesting and informative.  We provide housing support and services to over 10,000 families from single senior citizens to large growing families.   We pride ourselves in being recognized as one of the finest run housing authorities in the country.  Our focus is on providing quality low-income housing while providing numerous programs that teach life skills aimed at self-sufficiency.  We strongly believe that everyone deserves a decent, safe and sanitary place in which to live and raise a family.  We are strong supporters of community organizations that provide services that improve the quality of life of our resident population.  This is why you will find useful links to some of our community partners.  Please feel free to contact us if you would like additional information about our organization or if you have any suggestions on how we may better serve the community.
