The Rochester Housing Authority announces that the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and Project Based waiting list are now closed. Effective Monday, November 23, 2009 the Housing Authority will no longer be accepting applications for these programs, any applications post marked after this date will not be accepted. The Rochester Housing Authority will announce in advance when the waitlist will reopen.
The Rochester Housing Authority will continue to accept applications for the Public Housing Program waitlist for bedroom sizes up to and including four-bedrooms.

The Rochester Housing Authority launches their new online work order system.
Tenants now have two options to request maintenance for their units. Work
orders can continue to be called in to our dispatch office at (585) 464-9600
or you can use our online system.

Applications and instructions are available at
675 West Main Street during normal business hours or
On-Line at: www.rochesterhousing.org
These applications can be returned by mail or dropped off
to Rochester Housing Authority at the address indicated on
the application.
