READY TO WORK

In our society we are often defined by what we do. “So, what do you do?” is usually one of the first questions we ask someone we’ve just met. RHA wants to help our residents take pride in their answer. Are you looking for work? Looking for a better job? Do you need training? Do you dream of owning your own business?

Your Resident Services Case
Manager can lead in you in
the right direction to help you find work to make a living wage and take pride in your achievements. We’ve helped residents receive training to be childcare providers and learn skilled trades; we’ve provided job readiness training and helped residents update their computer skills; and we’ve provided counseling and case management for people looking to start their own business.

What are your goals? For more information about the FSS program and employment please contact your Public Housing or Section 8 Housing Specialist for a referral to the Resident Services Department for an orientation.

“I'm a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it.”

– Thomas Jefferson
