The requirements to participate in RHA’s Family Self-Sufficiency program include:
- Attending the mandatory orientation to learn more about the FSS program
- Meeting with your Resident Services Case Manager for intake interview
- Participating in needs assessment to determine barriers and needed resources
- Assisting in the development of a service plan, including setting goals, objectives and time lines
- Willingness to sign an FSS Contract of Participation
- Willingness to follow through with your service plan
- Compliance with monitoring, evaluating and ongoing assessment of your service plan
