PUBLIC HOUSING APARTMENT CRITERIA FOR R
ESIDENCY

Thank you for applying to rent one of our public housing apartments. We want each resident’s stay to be a positive experience.  We work with our residents to keep our apartments safe and livable. That effort begins with our screening process

Overall, for eligible applicants, it works like this: unless members of your household have engaged in serious criminal behavior, disturbed the peace at past residences, or otherwise not respected rental rules, chances are good that you’ll find a home in one of our communities.

We are committed to Fair Housing and follow the laws of Equal Opportunity Housing, the Fair Housing Act, and the Violence Against Women Act. After reviewing the criteria, please ask any questions and tell us if you need a reasonable accommodation.

If you believe you do not meet the requirements, please discuss it with us. If you don’t meet the criteria because you are or have been a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking we need to know that too. We can’t promise a solution, but we definitely cannot help unless you ask.
