RHA Procurement guidance and regulations

RHA, as mainly funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is required to follow the requirements of 24 CFR 85.36 in conducting all business transactions, as well as New York State Public Housing Law - PBG, Article 8, Section 151. HUD also provides a guidebook covering purchasing and contract administration requirements in further detail in the HUD Handbook - Procurement 7460.8 rev. 2. Based on these regulations and guidebook RHA has created our own internal Procurement Policy.
