Copies of public bids, with the exception of certain construction projects which include detailed plans and specifications, are available online at no charge. You must complete and submit the mandatory Online Registration Form if you intend on submitting a bid/proposal in response to a bid package obtained through this website.
By completing this form, RHA assumes you are interested receiving bid updates and related forms. RHA may reject a bid for failure to submit this registration form or if the form contains inaccurate information. Accurate information is required in case we need to notify you of changes to the specifications or changes to bid opening times or other deadlines!
If you have any problems in accessing a bid document or registering, please call the Procurement Office at 585-697-3625. Staff is available from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.
